Ensure compliance with control plan deployment and regularly review quality controls for relevancy. Sustain production lines by handling non‑conformance issues through DDM, MRB, QMR, SCAR, and Red/Yellow Tag systems, while driving continuous improvement. Analyze performance and drive quality improvements based on internal and external KPIs, including SPC and Cpk monitoring. Moderate and compile 8D reports for internal and external complaints. Conduct regular audits on production floor compliance and follow up on findings. Review documentation (specifications, FMEA, etc.) to ensure alignment with actual practices. Support in‑process quality monitoring for new product introductions (Safe Launch) or process changes (GCM). Assist in risk assessments for internal and external non‑conformance, as well as for process change projects (GCM). Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and packaging technology. Positive personality, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently. Familiarity with 8D methodology. Proficient in 7QC tools, FMEA, and SPC tools. Knowledge of reliability assessment methods.
