Develop technology specific mask (frame) designs, conduct and document quality control measures. Management of product/technology requirements and technical parameters (dicing method, mask specification, image field, product requirements etc.). Support of in-house & foundry tape-outs Deliver optimization concepts for the reticle layout in order to achieve higher quality, lower cost and improved pre-assembly yield. Manage and dispatch change processes A Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Science or a related field of study. Knowledge in semiconductor technology e.g. in the technology development and lithography processes Knowledge in layout design and verification Basic experience with physical design & verification software (Mentor Graphics, Synopsys or Cadence Design Systems) will be considered as an added advantage. Programming skills on entry level (e.g. Python or Ruby) Experiences with CCM and RDDF systems would be preferred Knowledge in the field of design for manufacturing (DFM) would be desirable Good know-how with Unix and MS Office.
