Analyze datasets, both large and small, to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform segment and account strategies, address market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, and drive business growth with actionable recommendations Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies Support Account Managers during the strategic planning process with process support, coaching and subsequent analysis of outcomes Provide data-driven insights and recommendations through dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators, ensuring organizational understanding of KPIs and supporting informed decision-making by business leaders Analyze data to identify performance gaps and work with cross-functional team to implement action plans to drive gap closure including facilitation of top management performance review meetings Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including global & regional segment leadership, sales teams and other central functions As a Strategy & Performance Consultant, you promote an awareness for continuous quality in your area of work. Furthermore, you keep the customer informed appropriately, transparently, and regularly. Lastly, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, account manager, business development, or management consulting role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze and develop insights & solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong business acumen, with ability to understand the needs of the business Experience working in a similar industry or with similar products/services Certification in a relevant field, such as management consulting and business analysis Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
