Oversee all building operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Develop and execute Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans to ensure optimal performance of infrastructure and support equipment Manage capital projects, including facility expansions, renovations, and equipment installations Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for landscaping, janitorial, and specialized repair services Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH): Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations. Trainings for specific regulatory knowledge (e.g., Cal/OSHA, WA L&I) will be provided if needed Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate workplace hazards Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses (RCA) for workplace injuries or environmental issues Design and deliver safety training programs covering topics like HazCom, LOTO, and emergency response Manage environmental permits and reporting for waste disposal, air quality, and water usage. Manage physical security programs, including access control systems, surveillance, and alarms. Develop and test Emergency Response Plans for scenarios like fires, natural disasters, or security threats Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Facilities Management, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered Required Certifications: Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), OSHA 30-Hour, or equivalent certifications Preferred: Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or equivalent certifications, or PMP for project management Significant experience in facilities and ESH roles, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment Proven leadership or supervisory experience with managing multi-site operations Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of building management systems (BMS), AutoCAD, and safety management software Financial Acumen: Ability to create and manage multi-million dollar operating and capital budgets Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to foster a "Zero Incident" culture and collaborate with high-level stakeholders effectively At Infineon Technologies, we foster an inclusive and collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are valued and encouraged.
