Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Senior Manager Sales, you will take ownership of major accounts within Infineon's industrial, infrastructure, and renewables customers. Manage and grow key accounts in the UK industrial and energy sectors Develop new business opportunities with a focus on demand creation Build strong relationships with decision-makers to drive customer satisfaction Provide technical and commercial support, ensuring tailored solutions Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to meet sales targets Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategies Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are an exceptional communicator who builds positive, lasting relationships and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds in a cross‑functional, global network. With strong negotiation and critical thinking skills, you can influence stakeholders, handle complex topics, and shape a clear vision of how your ideas and innovations drive success. Your proactive, quality-focused mindset enables you to increase efficiency and play a key role in achieving the team’s excellence goals.
