Develop, coordinate and approve qualification plans and guide the implementation in the reliability lab Support and lead globally acting Q-teams and collaborate with Marketing, Development, Project Management and our global production sites Analyze qualification results, prepare reports and communicate with internal and external stakeholders Perform project and product-specific risk assessments (e.g. quality, costs, time) to support product definition and development Serve as quality manager for product lifecycle for a designated group of products by driving customer requests, internal change management and incident handling Proactively work on problem-solving strategies together with the customer, developers and the manufacturing sites Act as a contact partner for quality issues You remain aware of the big picture, weigh-up risks carefully. Your proactive and solution-oriented way of working helps you to collaborate constructively and trustfully within an international team. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a comparable degree At least 1-3 years of professional experience in Quality Management or related areas or a completed PhD Ideally experience with quality methods (e.g. FMEA, 8D, 6Sigma, 5Why) Experience with reliability tests is beneficial An affinity for data analysis as well as digitalization Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English (German as a plus) We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
