Manage customer complaints (Product Quality) Manage and coordination for customer audit / quality visit Manage customer inquiry (product quality related) /quality interface relationship Support for quality contract (i.e. QAA) with customers Support design-in projects at major customers (PPAP) Support quality improvement activity with customers Develop strategy for customer quality and service improvement Quality marketing/training to customers Manage customer satisfaction improvement program Lead/support customer quality team on critical complaint handling Coach/support GC QM on package Reliability related inquiry Be SME for GC QM on package reliability Bachelor Degree above in Engineering 6-10 years' experience in Semiconductor industry and Quality 2+ years' experience as Customer Quality Management BE/FE process knowledge; Quality control methodology; 8D problem solving; Quality system know-how; Quality audit experience Know-how on automotive and power application is preferred Ability to work independently and under pressure Good skill in speaking / writing in English Good communication skills Good problem solving and risk assessment skills We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
