We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Enablement Specialist (Internship) to join our dynamic Global DEM SPME, Digital Enablement, Tools & Infrastructure Team. In this role, you will support the development of communication materials, marketing assets, and localized content to promote global digital tools within the organization and across the Greater China region. Assist in crafting engaging and impactful content that communicates the benefits of digital tools to internal and external stakeholders. Support internal communication campaigns and initiatives related to digital transformation. Prepare monthly reports on the adoption and effectiveness of digital tools, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to the implementation of digital / automation tools and processes that enhance operational efficiency and collaboration. Provide administrative and logistical support for digital enablement projects as required. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure digital tools align with organizational goals and needs. Collaborate with global and local teams to align on communication strategies and best practices. 任职要求： Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Systems, or similar. Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) in English. Proficiency in additional languages, especially Mandarin, is a plus. Foundational knowledge of digital transformation concepts and tools in the B2B environment, basic knowledge of software development, and Python. Data analytics skills, with the ability to use tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or other visualization platforms, to analyze and interpret data effectively. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is advantageous.
