Process map and review HR Emerging Talent topics Handle the day-to-day operations in Emerging Talent, with ability to track, monitor and update progress of talent topics/programs Serve as a liaison contact for virtual/physical events (i.e. Infineon-Campus event, professional job fairs and event execution) Support implementation of employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to position Infineon as an employer of choice Be involved in local and/or regional project coordination and meeting administration Develop skills in Project Management working with various stakeholders to co-ordinate events On track to attain Bachelor in Business / HR / Social Sciences or relevant field of studies Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Mastery in PowerPoint is highly advantageous Effective interpersonal and communication skills Creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook Willing to learn and adaptable Preferred Internship Period: Jun 26 - Jun 27 (e.g. SUSS WSD) We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
