Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As an Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer, you will perform module and SoC design as sign-off of various automotive products for Power Management Units, voltage regulators and LIN/CAN/Ethernet transceivers applications, in close cooperation with AMS verification and application teams. Design analog/mixed-signal building blocks Lead ASIC top-level integration and verification from specification Build testbenches and run simulations for verification of analog circuits Interface with analog design teams across sites and with the mask house Use state-of-the-art CAD tools and support advanced techniques to optimize performance of layout development Drive task planning and tracking, including effort estimation, risk assessment, and documented compliance of delivered work products Support other functions such as post-silicon verification and product qualification Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You like challenges and continuously improve your skills while working with high quality standards. You communicate clearly, collaborate closely and regularly share your insights with the team. Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent At least 8–10 years of experience in analog mixed-signal circuit design/concept Familiarity with design and/or layout of PMU, TRX, LDO, bandgap, comparators, operational amplifiers, oscillators, temperature sensors and similar blocks Experience with electronics and UNIX/Linux environments and various CAD tools such as L-Edit, VirtuosoXL, Virtuoso Layout Editor, Orcad, Allegro, Protel, CADSTAR, P-CAD Strong technical background in design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits High understanding of BiCMOS/CMOS/power semiconductor devices and solid understanding of IC functionality and design techniques Fluency in English is mandatoryPlease send us your CV in English.
