We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our Ramp Up and Change Management initiatives. In this role, candidate will be responsible for managing engineering samples, overseeing product creation, and driving successful ramp-up production to meet customer demand. Also, play a key role in business change management (BCM), collaborating closely with various teams to ensure smooth product transitions and align production with market needs. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role NPI Projects Sample Management and Ramp Production Provide engineering samples based on customer demand. Forecast and manage the Engineering Sample Forecast (ESFC) for the Backend. Oversee engineering wafer starts and engineering sample builds. Track engineering lots and samples to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate slot bookings for engineering builds in Frontend and Backend operations. Conduct capacity checks and verify material availability. Initiate lot ownership for ramping up from development (DEVP) lots. Provide ramp-up plans aligned with customer demand. Support safe launches and early ramp processes. Lead ramp-up teams in complex supply chain scenarios. Drive the completion of the ramp-up checklist for a seamless transition. Grant special clearance for productive-marked samples that have not yet attained M9. Replenish engineering samples for products below M9 milestone. Product Creation in Master Data Set up and update master data according to product phase milestones. Ensure yield and test data availability in the master data prior to M9 milestones. Enable milestone releases in product BNRs upon milestone achievement. Business Change Management (BCM) Act as a project manager for the BCM flow by taking full ownership of project till closure. Generate SPOs and wafer orders for business changes. Establish and update master data and ChangeDB. Review and assess qualification plans. Conduct capacity and material availability checks. Align with Demand Management (DM) during product ramp-up or ramp-down situations. Generate and distribute PCNs (Product Change Notifications). Compile and provide customer support documentation. Set up customer PCN sample strategies. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial management or a related field. 4-5 years of experience working in semiconductor industry as Supply Chain Specialist or Ramp Up Specialist Strong experience in sample management, product lifecycle management, or similar roles. Solid understanding of semiconductor engineering and production processes. Proficiency in capacity planning, material availability checks, and data analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adjust to changing business needs and priorities. Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, particularly during product ramp-ups or changes. Familiarity with milestone tracking and master data setup is a plus.
