Govern data management and analytics of OSAT Quality applications such as Continuous Improvement Program System, Customer Complaints, Audit System, Tableau Dashboard Management, Management of Infineon QM tools for internal and customer audits, OSAT representative & officer-in-charge in Infineon-wide recognition program such as Team-of-the-Quarter Analyze and drive for quality improvement based on internal and external KPIs Assess and provide guidance in 8D reports Conduct subcon line verification on compliance and follow up on findings. Support in strategic quality programs Support in QM digitalization Min. Bachelor's degree in Science/ Engineering or equivalents. At least 5 years of related quality management experience within the Semiconductor Industry. Possess knowledge of manufacturing processes and testing. Experience in Data Management and Digitalization. Good knowledge of Deviation management. Ability to demonstrate a methodical and logical approach in problem solving analysis (8D methodology, 7 QC tools, FMEA and SPC tools). Knowledge of IATF16949/ VDA6.3 requirement and direct material supplier process. Good knowledge of failure analysis and knowledge of reliability assessment will be added advantage. Vast experience in working with various stakeholders in Continuous Improvement Program. Possess excellent problem solving and statistical analytical skills with the use of quality tools (e.g. 8D, FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, 5 Why, SPC tools etc.).
