This role exists to lead, create, and implement innovative technical activities and solutions in the areas of Mass Production, Business Plan and New Model to efficiently meet or exceed Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale characteristic targets.
What you'll do
As an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for effectively managing department and plant equipment and production layout projects. You will use computer programs such as AutoCAD, Catia, and Solidworks to manage project schedules and project cost (Return on Investment, Expense budgets).
- Effectively manage department and plant equipment and production layout projects.
- Review and analyze daily report(s) to identify safety, quality, delivery gaps and develop potential countermeasures and /or root cause analysis opportunities striving for continuous improvement.
What you need
- Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Associates degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant experience (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical, etc), if no degree 8+ years of relevant experience required.
