About the Team
Our Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) team plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and sustainable workplace. We work closely with manufacturing operations and leadership to integrate EHS best practices across all processes. The team is committed to compliance, continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
What you can look forward to as Environment, Health and Safety Coordinator:
- Lead and supervise EHS systems, processes, and activities at the site.
- Implement company and site-specific EHS initiatives and management system requirements.
- Coordinate accident/incident reduction programs, including ergonomics, waste management, and behavior-based safety.
- Maintain ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 certifications and manage the site’s EHS Management System.
- Oversee compliance activities, emergency response procedures, and government reporting.
- Supervise waste management operations and industrial hygiene sampling.
- Promote EHS awareness and employee involvement through training and face-to-face engagement.
- Support committees and special projects related to EHS excellence.
Your Profile as Environment, Health and Safety Coordinator:
- Degree in Environmental and/or Safety Engineering or related field; certifications preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with EHS focus.
- Strong knowledge of EHS compliance, ISO standards, ergonomics, risk assessment, and industrial hygiene.
- Proven ability to implement EHS Management Systems and lead initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS data systems.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
