Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Lead and perform product feasibility studies during the early product development, with deep dives into technical challenges to identify the best solutions in terms of performance, including the choice of technology Develop the right fit product architecture with strong focus on cost efficiency and time- to- market, including the breakdown of the requirements necessary for the design implementation Innovate IP within innovation projects, guide technology and package development teams on the features needed to support the long-term product roadmap Leverage system and application expertise by cooperating with Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, and Application Engineering to be able to offer right-fit products to our customers in the future Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field of study 5+ years of experience in analog and power design, such as gate drivers, PMU, switching regulators, or similar Experience working with design teams in a leadership or expert role Background in automotive and functional safety is a plus Proficiency in behavioral modeling and circuit simulation tools Strong negotiation skills when working with internal and external customers * Fluency in English (mandatory) – knowledge of German and Italian is an advantagePlease send us your CV in English.
