Responsibilities
- Executes exciting project opportunities with Fortune 500 companies across the Consumer Goods industry, including Retail, Beauty, Luxury, and White Goods.
- Owns and drives individual workstreams during client engagements, with a focus on operational improvements across the Supply Chain.
- Works directly with the client’s employees, from frontline shop floor workers to supervisors, to develop tailored solutions and drive enthusiasm for change.
- Analyzes current operational situations to develop a clear understanding and critical perspective of underlying root causes.
- Supports assignment managers to share progress directly to Plant Management teams, ensuring high-level alignment with strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree from renowned institutions of higher education, and demonstrated high academic track record
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience within a top-tier Consumer Goods company in Operations - Manufacturing or Warehouse operations mandatory.
- Proven track record of applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM to improve shopfloor performance.
- Direct experience in identifying bottlenecks, conducting Value Stream Mapping, Loss Analysis with the ability to use operational KPIs (such as OEE, cycle times, or inventory turnover) to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
- Experience in structuring large amounts of data into a clear narrative while driving appropriate focus on key elements and leading towards a defined outcome or recommendation
- Experience preparing and presenting operational performance reports and project updates to Plant Management and leadership teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with shopfloor workers to gain buy-in while simultaneously managing expectations with middle management.
- Comfort working directly in production and distribution environments to observe processes and coach frontline staff on new methodologies.
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or graduate degree from renowned institutions of higher education
- Second language fluency in Spanish is a plus

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
