YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System, report on the performance, provide advice and interpretation of the QMS, and gain feedback for continual improvement
- Verify the conformity of all documents regarding the Quality system (e.g.: quality manuals, procedures, standards)
- Acknowledge and ensure local distribution of the guidelines and standard approaches issued by the central Quality System
- Maintain standards of quality in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, OE Customer Specific Requirements, and Corporate and Sector Central Quality policies
- Organize, promote, participate, and contribute to companywide quality improvement efforts by working independently and with team members
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelors degree in engineering or business (or equivalent education and training)
- Analytical thinking and reasoning skills, basic problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken
- Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and in multiple work styles
WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with QMS audits
- Knowledge of Core tools (MSA, SPC, APQP, FMEA, and PPAP)
- Knowledge of ISO 19011 guidelines and/or ISO/IEC 17021 conformity assessment and ANSI/SO 17025
- Ability to use Quality tools (histograms, Pareto charts, control charts, cause and effect, etc.)
