About the Team
Joining our plant in Levice offers an excellent opportunity to take full responsibility for the industrialization of innovative products and production processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role allows you to directly influence production performance through standardization, continuous improvement and the implementation of modern technologies such as digitalization and automation. You will play a key role in shaping production planning strategies, layout concepts and automation roadmaps while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. The position provides strong exposure to leadership, decision‑making and customer quotation projects in a global automotive context. What you can look forward to as Head of Manufacturing Engineering (m/f/d):
- Responsible for Industrialization of new products and processes
- Support in daily operations to fullfill production targets
- Responsibility for standardization of production processes
- Responsibility Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
- Responsibility for Innovation, Digitalisation, Cost Down
- Overall responsibility for all Production planning activities (Footprint Analysis, Customer Quotation Projects, Industrialization of
- new products)
- Responsibility and interface all production planning functions in the plant
- Layout planning and roadmaps
- Automatisation roadmaps - Robot/Cobot/Dobot..other
- Responsible for Protoype shop operation
- Technical specification of machines and toolings and their start and ramp-up
- Capacity and invest planning
- Ensure use of Process FMEA to reduce risk
- Implementation of standard processes and tools
- Engineering Change Management and Masterdata Maintenance
Your Profile as Head of Manufacturing Engineering (m/f/d):
- Academic degree in technical field or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
- Engineering background
- ZF PS Lean principles
- Product & Process Knowledge
- Problem Solving Knowledge
