What you'll do
As a Sr. Customer Service Rep, you'll be responsible for ordering process and SAP transaction for OEM /Import/export order, co-ordinate with internal and external business partners to fulfill the customer requirement and solve the problems proactively and timely, international order management, as internal sales to communicate with global SC team to catch the schedule to meet customer demand, import/export order coordination & following up, forwarder management and keep process compliance, CSR & Logistics digital platform management and data analysis, supply chain digital support –(WMS,EPOD,TMS, Dashboard).
What you need
- Master's degree
- More than 5-8 years CSR experience
- Strong communication skills capability to deal with complexity
- Export & import experience
- Can work under pressure
- Familiar with international trade and domestic trade
- SAP/Excel/Word/PPT experienced
- Fluent English
