Lead the engagement with select accounts to support key account development and business growth with Infineon's solution Develop deep understanding of the distribution market in the region and provide distribution market intelligence and data analytics from regional perspective. Collaborate with Infineon Distribution Organization for the expansion of Automotive / Transportation solutions in the Distribution Market including new markets such as Robotics and Industrial Automation. Establish and develop relationships with key customer engineering personnel and decision makers. Engage with target customers and provide enablement presentations and training to customers, sales, and distribution. Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience Proven background in technical sales, distribution sales, and marketing Strong organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple complex technical projects and shifting priorities Excellent English communication skills--both written and verbal--with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences Demonstrated success in fast-paced, matrixed, and technically driven environments Effective team collaborator with experience engaging cross-functional teams, including management, engineers, and business stakeholders Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a strategic mindset toward business development and customer engagement Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
