The Senior Global Recruiter is a highly skilled recruiting professional responsible for leading full-cycle talent acquisition for critical, complex, and high-impact roles across global business functions. Based in London and operating within a matrixed global organization, this role manages searches spanning North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, ensuring a world-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
What you'll do
The Global Senior Recruiter partners closely with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition teammates to deliver strategic hiring solutions, talent market insights, and proactive sourcing strategies that support the organization's evolving workforce needs.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-senior, senior, and specialized roles across global corporate functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Strategy, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations).
- Manage multiple, concurrent global requisitions with varying levels of complexity and urgency.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- The ability to speak Dutch is strongly preferred.
- 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including international or multi-region scope.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for senior professional and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of global labor markets, sourcing trends, and competitive talent landscapes.
- Experience working within a matrixed, global organization and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced sourcing skills, including use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, and talent intelligence platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and consult at all levels.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and project management capability.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS) and recruitment analytics.
