We are looking for a Supervisor, Equipment Service & Maintenance to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the maintenance team and their activities related to facilities operation within the Honda campus and facility.
What you'll do
The Facilities Equipment Service Coordinator is to organize and execute maintenance schedules, lead coordination among all internal teams, external vendors, spare parts and inventory management, and oversee implementation of the site preventive maintenance strategies.
- Responsibility 1: Work with other in-house departments (outside of facilities) on planned and unplanned activity requiring maintenance support related to facilities operations.
- Responsibility 2: Create requisitions to issue purchase orders for maintenance and repair of facilities equipment.
- Responsibility 3: Apply maintenance expertise in HDMA business planning operations.
- Responsibility 4: Support and coordinate operation of Facilities systems including, but not limited to, chillers, air compressors, HVAC, air house units, electrical distribution equipment, cafeteria equipment, meters, lighting, and controls.
What you need
- Required skill 1: High School Diploma
- Required skill 2: Ten (10) years minimum relevant working experience in Facilities Maintenance Field
- Required skill 3: Knowledge of: National Electrical Code (NFPA 70)
