The Credit Union Member Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Honda's credit union members. The role involves performing a variety of tasks, including processing transactions, opening and closing accounts, and assisting members with their queries.

What you'll do

The Credit Union Member Service Representative will be responsible for the following tasks:

Providing exceptional customer service to credit union members
Processing transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Opening and closing accounts, including checking and savings accounts
Assisting members with their queries and resolving any issues they may have

What you need

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills:

Excellent customer service skills
