This role exists to support the Parts & Service Field Operations group in providing dealer consulting and support to the Honda/Acura dealer network. As a District Parts & Service Sr. Specialist I, you will be responsible for identifying specific gaps between American Honda Motor Company, Inc. objectives and actual Dealer performance in the areas of Overall Customer Satisfaction, Reduction of Oil Change Time, Respect for the Customers Time, Honda/Acura Genuine Parts and Accessory sales, Customer Pay Repair Order growth, dealership advisor/consultant and technician training completion, as well as improvement of recall completion rates.

What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or equivalent work-related experience
- Minimum 5 years of auto parts and service wholesale and/or retail experience
