We are seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Engineer to join our Global Manufacturing Excellence organization under the Downstream Reliability solutions Department. Your primary role as Rotating Equipment Engineer is to lead the organization and support the portfolio facilities to achieve the highest level of reliability for plant rotating equipment through a systematic approach and coordinated efforts.

What you'll do

Collaborates with organization and facilities SMEs and management to drive rotating equipment reliability initiatives and programs. Architect, build and drive strategies to enhance Rotating Equipment reliability in order to increase availability and performance. Supports proactive approach that identifies and addresses potential issues/threats that could impact rotating equipment reliability.

What you need

Bachelor's degree in mechanical Engineering or related fields. 15 years of experience in the rotating equipment discipline that includes 5 years of continuous relevant experience in the field of troubleshooting & assessments.
