As our Product/Digital Marketing Executive, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional online customer experience. You'll support our diverse range of world-famous Goodwood events and 365 businesses, ensuring products are optimised for conversion.
What you'll do
Primarily working on our Goodwood.com website as a super-user, this exciting role acts as a key point of expertise for the different Marketing teams. From online product improvements to new product and go on sale launches, no two days are the same. You will also provide support to the Conversion & Trading Manager and collaborate closely with our Data and Digital experts, who champion a 'customer-first' approach and continuously strive to do things even better.
- Task 1: You will be responsible for improving the online customer experience by optimising product pages and ensuring that they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Task 2: You will work closely with the Conversion & Trading Manager to launch new products and go on sale, ensuring that they are promoted effectively across all marketing channels.
What you need
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Skill 1: Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
- Skill 2: Experience working in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Skill 3: Previous experience in using Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Skill 4: A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering the best online customer experiences.
- Skill 5: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Skill 6: A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
- Skill 7: Able to travel to the Goodwood Estate on a daily basis.
