What you'll do
Program and operate a wide range of 3D printing technologies, including SLA, FDM, SLS, DLP, and DMLS.
- Perform machine calibrations and follow maintenance schedules.
- Operate and maintain machines in a methodical and structured manner.
- Efficiently post-process models and full-size components.
- Monitor, manage and report stock levels.
- Follow and continuously improve standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to system-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
- Execute production plans to meet aggressive motorsport deadlines.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, accuracy and reliability.
What you need
- Proven experience programming and operating multiple 3D printing technologies.
- Experience in Formula One or high-level motorsport additive manufacturing is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of calibration processes and machine maintenance.
- A methodical, thorough approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to adapt, solve problems and learn new technologies quickly.
- Calm and confident under pressure.
- Strong IT skills.
