What you'll do
Developing TCAD solutions flows for cutting edge logic, memory, CIS, RF, and/or power devices. Developing best usage models of TCAD tools. Defining the technical vision for future product enhancements. Defining and managing TCAD customer and application development projects. Apply machine learning and agentic AI techniques to make TCAD accessible to a broader user base.
What you need
PhD degree in EE or Physics, related to semiconductor physics and technology. 5+ years of industry experience. Advanced knowledge and experience in semiconductor devices, process technology, process integration, with strong focus on simulation and modeling. Experience with TCAD simulation tools. Basic knowledge and experience of scripting languages such as Python and TCL. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to interact at the engineering and management level with the ‘help others succeed’ mentality.
