In the context of our commercial development and our commitment to provide a high-quality technical service, we are seeking a Technician Services to strengthen our field presence and ensure customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
As a Technician Services, you will ensure the continuity and quality of the technical services offered by FUCHS to our industrial customers. You will intervene directly on site for audit, control, maintenance, or after-sales service missions, while upholding the company's professional image and respecting safety rules.
- Assure the technical follow-up of FUCHS products among our customers throughout their life cycle
- Ensure their proper use and user satisfaction
- Collect and analyse data on site to identify areas for improvement
- Be a force of proposal in the face of anomalies or irregularities encountered
- Perform service operations (audits, controls, maintenance, SAV...)
- Train customers and communicate effectively internally and externally
- Maintain the cleanliness of intervention sites and ensure the proper use of entrusted materials
What you need
- Master of GMAO tools, planning, and data analysis
- Expertise in technical diagnosis in the field of lubricants and industrial applications
- Good writing skills and synthesis
- Autonomy, organisation, rigour, and sense of priorities
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with a strong customer service sense
- Reactivity and adaptability in the face of unexpected situations
