As a Shift Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff during a shift. Your tasks will include ensuring a smooth and efficient production process, monitoring production quality, and maintaining a safe working environment.
What you'll do
- Actively participate in the daily production activities.
- Prioritize tasks in consultation with the Plant Manager, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain production quality and continuity.
- Ensure efficient production and filling according to established instructions and safety standards.
- Provide backup for production staff in case of absence.
- Coordinate preparatory tasks such as setting up additives and cleaning filters.
- Interpret and monitor KPIs to track performance.
- Collaborate with QC and planning for a smooth production flow.
- Provide daily feedback to operators.
- Serve as a point of contact outside office hours for internal and external contacts.
