FUCHS is looking for a Key Account Manager (OEM) who will be the commercial point of reference for our key clients in the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) sector.
The selected person will have the task of managing strategic relationships, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with technical and R&D teams to propose custom lubricant solutions.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with strategic OEM clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
- Collaborate with technical and product development teams to propose custom solutions.
- Monitor market trends and emerging needs, sharing strategic insights.
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate complex contracts.
- Achieve sales targets, margin, and customer satisfaction.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Manager or Sales Manager roles in OEM, automotive, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of industrial processes and complex sales dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relational leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of English (C1); other European languages will be a plus.
- Availability for national and international travel.
