The Global Talent Management Systems Manager leads the design, implementation, and optimisation of learning, performance and talent management technologies for a global organisation. It supports the Global Talent Management team by owning the systems, processes, and reporting that enable performance management, talent planning, succession planning, and employee development.
What you'll do
The Global Talent Management Systems Manager will be responsible for leading ongoing configuration, administration and optimisation of all performance, talent and succession modules in SuccessFactors. They will serve as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for performance and talent management systems.

What you need
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field. You will also need to have 3-5 years of experience in Talent management, learning & development, instructional design, or HR.
