What you'll do
Serve as a technical expert in presales engagements, focusing on high-frequency electromagnetic solutions mainly for the Aerospace & Defense industry. Analyze and understand customer requirements, pain points, and project goals to deliver tailored Synopsys solutions. Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals and demonstrations that address customer needs. Lead technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives to showcase product capabilities and value. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
What you need
Master's degree in Electromagnetics or a closely related field. At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles or as engineer within the Aerospace & Defense industry. Deep expertise in high-frequency electromagnetic concepts, antennas. EMC, and PCB design. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges. Proven experience in project management within the Aerospace & Defense industry. Proficiency with simulation tools and methodologies relevant to electromagnetic analysis. Exceptional customer relations skills, including the ability to communicate technical information clearly and persuasively.
