This role exists to lead and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team at the plant.
What you'll do
You'll lead and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team at the plant, ensuring the rigorous compliance of safety standards, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining order and cleanliness of the plant.
Execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan, as well as react effectively to equipment failures and crisis situations to guarantee production and quality objectives.
Promote initiatives to reduce costs, eliminate waste, and optimize processes through the implementation of Kaizen projects.
What you need
You'll need to have a strong background in engineering, with experience in leadership or supervision of maintenance teams in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Solid leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Deep knowledge of maintenance and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and equipment manuals.
