Senior Planning Specialist

We are currently looking for a Senior Planning Specialist to join the Planning Team based in Asolo. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading the global demand planning process for one or more business lines, and optimise, develop the supply chain process to deliver perfect inventory levels, to meet customers’ demands as well as minimising costs.

What you'll do

You will build and manage 6 – 12 month rolling forecasts across all product categories, including special editions, OEM lines and collections.

Forecast & Demand Analysis: You will consolidate input from sales, markets and key accounts to capture trends, upcoming launches and campaigns.
Planning Operations Execution: You will contribute to a 6 month rolling capacity plan (mid-term) aligning unconstrained demand with suppliers’ production limits and constraints.

What you need

A solid experience in a similar position, ideally within a Sporting Goods Manufacturing and/or Textile Manufacturing company.
Excellent skills on Data Analysis, KPI definition, trend analysis skills as well as root-cause investigation.
