Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of AppSecOps applications across the organization, serving a larger developer user base Ensure that security tools and processes are scalable and meet the needs of the organization Work closely with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of security applications Design, develop, and implement security measures to protect applications and infrastructure You communicate clearly and work collaboratively with others, building strong relationships within a team environment. Your critical thinking and strategic approach enable you to address challenges effectively and develop innovative solutions. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related field 3+ years of experience in application security, DevSecOps, or related roles, with substantial experience in managing AppSecOps applications across a large enterprise environment Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or similar Strong understanding of application security principles, threat modeling, and risk management Experience with advanced security tools and technologies (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA) Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to collaborate in team-oriented environments A problem-solving mindset with robust analytical abilities - Infineon Romania develops semiconductor products for the automotive, industrial, security and IoT applications - In Romania, we have a strong and growing presence in Bucharest, Brasov, Iasi and now Cluj.
