What you'll do
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, this role will drive the marketing development and execution in selected key territories and with key customers. It will focus on driving both Valvoline brand and sales objectives by building first-class 360-degree knowledge of those territories, routes to market and customer capabilities.
- Develop and activate a regional marketing plan to an agreed budget.
- Approve, monitor and measure customer marketing plans
- Manage and enforce the customer budget process
- Implement a segmented customer value proposition based on customer capability, resourcing and scale
- Brand guardian of all content developed locally, and by customers
- In priority markets, develop and activate plans to address brand equity
- Implement product launches with customer activation plans
- Develop and activate, with Sales, timely local sales promotions
- Activate global and regional campaigns with key customers
What you need
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing, Master degree is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of marketing or sales experience in the automotive industry. Preferably in the lubricants sector.
- Must be fluent in English, Russian and all other languages are a plus.
