What you'll do
This position will support the day-to-day facility operations by managing the maintenance schedules for all facility equipment and coordinating maintenance and improvement projects within the financial limitations of the expense and capital budgets of the facility.
- Perform weekly, monthly, and periodic inspections of all facility equipment per regulatory and Company protocols and guidelines
- Perform preventive maintenance on all facility equipment per predetermine PM maintenance schedules
- Perform reactive maintenance of all facility equipment as needed to maximize operational efficiency
- Manage all financial aspects of the maintenance function including invoice processing and payment, generating purchasing requisitions, and adhering to facility budget constraints in the maintenance department
- Manage facility projects to ensure cost-effective and smooth implementation while minimizing operational disruptions
- Manage vendor and contractor contacts to ensure compliance to safety programs, value pricing, and quality work
What you need
Completion of a 4-year degree in a manufacturing related Engineering major (i.e. - Industrial, Mechanical, etc.) is required
- Two years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred
- Years working in a co-op would suffice
- License(s) or certification(s) in maintenance related fields such as electrical, PLC, HVAC, pipefitting, engineering, etc. is preferred
- Must be experienced is MS office, especially Excel
- Experience in maintenance management software and SAP are preferred
