What you'll do
You'll be responsible for coordinating the development of the distribution network and the designated direct sales channel.
- Coordinate the development of the distribution network and the designated direct sales channel
- Prospect new distributors and customers for direct sales and define priorities in the development of the distribution network and new business
- Plan the monthly work and coordinate the execution of this plan, analyze the results, and redefine actions if necessary with the goal of following the business growth plan
- Define sales strategies and tactics by region based on the company's commercial strategy, market, and competition
- Develop a Business Plan for each distributor, with goals and objectives, KPIs, and sales and marketing actions
- Prepare commercial reports and presentations of the status and progress of each distributor's Business Plan
- Coordinate market price research of our products and the competition with the goal of maintaining the determined price positioning in the commercial strategy
- Strategic planning, scenario analysis, and market opportunity analysis, as well as the preparation of product and customer profitability studies
What you need
You'll need a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, preferably in the automotive aftermarket
- Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or Administration
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Affinity/knowledge in the technical automotive area
- Knowledge in the commercial and technical area of lubricants
- Availability for national and, occasionally, international travel
