What you'll do
You'll be responsible for identifying and maximizing business development and sales opportunities, as well as maintaining and developing existing customer positions. The KAM will report to the Commercial Director of the Industry Division and will perform the role with strategic vision and operational adaptability to meet the commercial requirements of the markets.
- Manage the commercial strategy of assigned customers with a focus on results (volumes, €/lt, CM%);
- Define, implement, review, and monitor KPIs for key customers in collaboration with the Sales Manager;
- Define market development prospects in agreement with the Commercial Director of the Division;
- Monitor the results of assigned customers (commercial agreements, contracts, business results);
- Manage key customer contracts and apply price policy;
- Manage proposals/offers and customer reporting using the company's CRM;
- Analyze and propose business development for the assigned business segment.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in economics, chemical engineering, or equivalent experience in the chemical industry;
- Residence in the North Italy (or willing to relocate), predisposition to presence in the office, as well as frequent trips to the assigned territory;
- Fluent English;
- Experience in the chemical industry, preferably knowledge of the lubricant business;
- Commercial proactivity oriented towards innovation, performance, and business development;
- Negotiation skills, with competence in building the value offer;
- Teamworking, with a priority on implementing the company's strategy defined by the management.
