What you'll do
You'll support the department's internal activities related to part inspection.
- Verify product requirements, and thus provide a satisfactory level of measurement and process control support.
- Supplier incoming inspection and results records.
- Non-conforming parts analysis.
- Quality system documentation and records.
- Product inspection using manual standard gauging as well as operating CNC CMM using PCDMIS software.
- Completion of inspection reports to marked drawings.
What you need
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in metrology, GD&T (reading technical drawings and interpreting geometric symbols/tolerances) within a precision engineering environment.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in manual inspection using conventional measurement equipment (height gauge, shadowgraph, vernier caliper, micrometers etc) and at least 2 years in CNC CMM operating.
- Basic programming knowledge using PCDMIS software.
- Using surface finish test equipment.
- Good level computer literate, MS Office daily.
