What you'll do
Under the responsibility of the site director, the responsible logistique (H/F) will be responsible for 2 production sites. One site located in Précigné (130 pers.) and one site in Blainville sur Orne (60 pers.).
In the context of his missions, the responsible logistique (H/F) :
- Coordinates and manages the operational flow of the company, as well as the personnel involved in this management in the aim of guaranteeing the results
- Realizes the analysis of the logistics data
- Collects, treats and diffuses the information to conform to the client's demands
- Is responsible for the Demand Management (re-forecasting and industrial and commercial planning)
- Guarantees the flow of products crossing the company in :
- Assuring the supply of the products necessary to the production
- Piloting the elaboration of the planning processes
- Controlling the good execution of those
- Assuring the contact and the exchanges with the clients and the suppliers
- Resolving the eventual litigations
- Organizes the supply-chain (supply, production planning and distribution) taking into account the constraints of the clients, the internal constraints and the good practices of the trade
- Sets up, makes respected and improves the logistics processes of his company and the personnel attached
- Supervises the organization and the functioning of the internal flows of the company in optimizing the costs (materials and MO) and the execution times
- Manages the stocks and pilots the actions aiming at their reliability
- Participates in the launch of the new projects and evaluates their impacts in terms of logistics (need of surface, of material, of MO)
- Manages his activity
- Follows the performance indicators of his activity on a daily basis, identifies the discrepancies, animates the resolution of problems with his teams and sets up corrective actions (logistics service rate and spare parts)
- From the objectives of his activity, establishes the action plans and coordinates the missions of his collaborators in a coherent manner
- Proposes the annual budget of functioning of his activity, in controls the respect
- Proposes the necessary resources to reach his objectives and sets up the necessary actions for the personnel movements (recruitment, mutations, dismissals), and the investments following the budgetary forecasts and the social constraints
What you need
- BAC +5 or equivalent in logistics management
- Knowledge of computer tools: Excel / GPAO / SAP
- Experience in team management
- Experience on a similar position in a production environment
- Mastery of English
- Ability to coordinate several specialties: Expediting management, Internal flow management
