What you'll do
You'll have a strategic role within an industrial site that's engaged and recognized in its sector. We're recruiting a Quality Manager to pilot and evolve the site's quality policy. As the guarantor of quality and environmental performance, you'll:
Define and deploy the Quality / Environment policy in line with client requirements, standards (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949), and audits.
Accompany industrialization and production, from the action plan to the validation of initial samples.
Manage indicators, audits, and progress plans, both internally and with clients.
Pilot a quality team and sit on the site's Management Committee.
Manage client & supplier quality relations, up to satisfaction measurement.
Be a decision-making force: authorize derogations, stop production if necessary.
What you need
You'll need confirmed experience in industrial quality, ideally in the automotive or a demanding industrial sector. You'll need to master quality tools and ISO / IATF standards. You'll also need management skills for teams and action plans, as well as fluent English.
Why this matters
This is a key role that drives site performance. You'll have real autonomy in a technically demanding environment. The role combines strategy, fieldwork, and human relations.
