What you'll do
As a member of the Audi F1 Project team, you will be part of a unique project that shapes the future of motorsport. Your role will be to contribute to the development and operation of the team's Formula 1 car. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the successful execution of the project.
- Develop and implement new technologies and innovations to improve the team's performance
- Collaborate with other team members to design and build the Formula 1 car
- Conduct testing and validation of the car's systems and components
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Work with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve performance
What you need
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in engineering and a passion for motorsport. You will also need excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
- 2+ years of experience in a related field (e.g., Formula 1, motorsport, engineering)
- Strong knowledge of Formula 1 regulations and technical requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in a leadership or management role
- Knowledge of data analysis and statistical software
- Experience with CAD design and simulation tools
