What you'll do
Ensure achievement of project targets (technical, cost, quality, time) and customer satisfaction. Support and enable cross line organization cooperation for maximum synergies. Review and approve the offer prior to submission during the offer phase. Manage project initialization and planning with special attention to cross location project organization. Deliver effective communication with the customer during project execution. Manage project team and control project execution according to the project process. Report to POM regarding project management issues and project progress. Manage overall budget control. Form project team jointly with STLs according to required project resources. Provide instructions to PJM-P(s) and direct reporting project team members. Align with STL regarding the overall technical direction in the assigned project(s). Authority and responsibility to request and follow escalation procedures according to the project process. Execute project wrap up to get customer feedback and assess project execution performance. Co-responsible for effective hand-over from KAM.
What you need

- Educational Background: Mechanical, electrical, or automotive engineering graduate from a university of technology or university of applied sciences.
- Engineering Knowledge: Basic knowledgy of internal combustion engines & calibration
- Project Management Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, including managing SOP projects.
- English Proficiency: Business proficiency especially in writing and oral
- Sense of Responsibility: Capable of working independently as well as a part of large and small teams
