What you'll do
To solve any ECU related issues during engine test bed testing of internal combustion engines.
To adapt calibration data to allow smooth operation during engine test bed testing.
To steer development and implementation of improvement measures to avoid ECU related issues and more generally to improve KPIs for engine operation at engine test bed.
What you need
Degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics or comparable studies
Genuine interest in internal combustion engines
Knowledge in automotive electronics
Knowledge of automotive communication systems (CAN, etc…)
Ability to investigate root cause of issues, analyze data and formally present and report testing results.
High level of coordination, communication and team skills
Good knowledge of English
German desirable, but not compulsory
