What you'll do
Support in preparation of quotes and offers for engineering services in automotive segment (Battery Systems / SW & HW / Fuel Cells / Test Services / Software Tools).
- Preparation of company service portfolios and marketing materials
- Documentation reviews (NDAs, RFQs, RFQs, RFPs, Offers)
- Responsibility for running processes, maintaining internal systems updated (sales procedures and handover to project execution)
- Support for modelling the sales process (support in preparation of company business models/business plans in new areas)
- Support in company promotional activities (preparation, participation - events, fairs, Meetups)
- Market screening (looking for new companies, new Customers)
What you need
University student in the faculty of: Electrical Engineering / Automotive and Construction Machinery / Administration, Electronics and Information Technology / Mechanics / Power Engineering / Aviation / Mechatronics / Transport / and others
- Availability 100h or 120h per month (ideally 3 days a week)
- Profound communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Advanced analytical skills (problem solving, critical thinking, research, decision-making)
- Highly motivated and independent
- Very good communication skills (within local team, but also in different AVL affiliates + Customers)
- Very good English and Polish skills, German will be a plus
