As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our drivers and crew members in all aspects of racing, including pit stops, tire changes, and mechanical repairs.- Assist with pit stops and tire changes during racing events- Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on our racing cars- Collaborate with our drivers and crew members to ensure a smooth and efficient racing experience- Participate in pre-race and post-race activities, including setup and teardown of our racing equipment- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations## What you needTo succeed in this role, you will need:- 2+ years of experience in a racing team or related field- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of racing car maintenance and repair- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment## Why this mattersAs a Racing Team Member, you will play a critical role in the success of our team.
