What you'll do
You will play a key role in the development, optimisation, and delivery of high-performance engines for our motorsport programmes.
- Supporting the development and validation of high-performance engines.
- Conducting data analysis, IC Engine calibration, dyno testing, and performance correlation activities.
- Working closely with design and build teams to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Prepare post event reports and bulletins to include event and performance analysis of the engine.
- Providing hands-on support for engine builds, dyno sessions, and event operations.
- Helping to drive an integrated and collaborative approach to improving performance aspects, including identifying and resolving technical issues.
What you need
We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Educated to BEng or MEng degree level in Motorsport Engineering/Technology, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Thorough understanding of internal combustion engines and their systems.
- A genuine passion for motorsport and a drive to progress within a high-performance engineering environment.
- Have a meticulous attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship and team building skills, and share our determination to deliver the very best results.
