What you'll do
You will be supporting the office in managing daily administrative activities, organizing and coordinating events, and coordinating domestic and international traveling. You will also be responsible for curating the general office logistics, with a focus on supervising service providers.

What you need
A minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced, multicultural and globally focused environment. Italian mother language, working knowledge of English required. Experience with MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and using a PC. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to prioritize multiple assignments, with strong time management skills.
